Walking
The purpose of this section of the website is to provide data and insight into walks in and around the UK.
The data has been collected from a variety of methods, such as data provided from the walk hosts through to data collected through applications such as mapmywalk. The walks are broken down into individual blog posts, with the dataset being updated as I complete each section.

The Millenium way
The Millennium Way is a beautiful 100-mile trail in the Heart of England, which has something to offer every serious walker and casual rambler. The Millennium Way Trail has been enhanced by 44 fabulous, convenient, circular walks (which I am speculating is around 200 miles – although once the dataset is complete we will know). More information about this walk, and the circular routes can be found at http://walking.41club.org/. This club does a fantastic job of outlining each circular walk and even provide .gpx files so that you can see the walk with an application on your phone.
